Had a Terrific experience working with Ty and Chris on a pair of tires for a Volvo. Had an issue with some wheel locks being taken out of the car from a prior service department. Both Ty and Chris were very understanding and worked with me to make it right. Can't thank you guys enough for an incredible customer service experience!

Cape Coral location I had an outstanding experience at Firestone, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Chris. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. I was traveling with a nail in my tire, and Chris quickly put my mind at ease. He explained everything clearly, got my vehicle looked at right away, and had me safely back on the road without trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent customer service with honesty and professionalism the way Chris does. If you’re looking for a Firestone location that truly values its customers, ask for Chris. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience. I had a great experience at Tires Plus! The staff was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured. They got my vehicle in and out quickly, and the pricing was fair. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but I’ll definitely be coming back for future service. Highly recommend!

I am extremely impressed by young man named Jaden, who I believe was the assistant manager. The level of care and time that he took to explain not only what I came in to have fixed, but additional questions that I had regarding my vehicle. He not only called me on my cell phone to update me on the progress throughout the day, but when the extra mile and answered my call and went to check to see if I left something in my car!! Being in customer service myself I know what great looks like and he is definitely that. I will be returning to Firestone for all of my vehicle needs because of the service that I received.

Great job. Garritt took great care of my parents car when the AC failed on their trip from NY. Had it in and repaired in a day! super happy with this experience. Highly recommend.
